About the client

The developer in Odesa is implementing 4 projects in Odesa, to which we were involved as paid traffic partners. These projects will be conditionally named as RC N1, RC N2, RC N3, and RC N4. They are located in different parts of the city and have different pricing policies:

RC N1 – a complex in a residential area
RC N2 – a residential complex in a residential area
RC N3 – a complex near the historical centerRC N4 – a complex by the sea

We also launched search and targeted advertising on Facebook for this client. The client had previously launched contextual advertising, but was not satisfied with the results.

Tasks

Our main task was to set up and manage traffic in order to receive applications to the sales department. To achieve these goals, our promotion focused on setting up contextual advertising.

Client: promotion of 4 residential complexes
Traffic: contextual advertising Google Ads
Term of work: 2 months

Work on the company’s project in the field of residential construction

  • Work on the project began with a thorough setup and testing of all components. Within one month, our team conducted numerous checks and tests for each facility. Based on the results of the first stages, we moved on to detailed work on each property.
  • First of all, we analyzed the status of previous campaigns, their target audiences, and the competitive environment in the real estate market. This helped us understand the client’s strengths and weaknesses and identify areas for further work.
  • One of the main results was an increase in the cost per conversion, which may indicate less audience interest, as well as an increase in the cost per click on branded queries due to increased competitor activity.
  • Our plans for the future were to optimize ads and extensions to reduce the cost of clicks, as well as to set up micro-conversions for better campaign training and additional targeting segments in Discovery.
  • We adjusted budgets, included additional audiences in Discovery, and customized bids by GEO and demographic parameters.
  • The results showed good campaign performance, but we continued to work on further optimization to improve the quality of advertising performance.
  • We adjusted our GEO bids and budgets as the cost per conversion increased due to the holiday season and increased competitor activity.
  • We planned to redesign search advertising for the next month, improve the quality of ads and increase CTR to get more targeted traffic at a lower cost per conversion.
  • We turned off non-target audiences and queries, launched a wide audience in Discovery, and adjusted the goals.
