Work progress

Funnel 1: Puppy

This watering can is aimed at people who are preparing for the appearance of a puppy in the family. She helps new dog owners prepare for the responsibility of a newly arrived pet by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Funnel 2: Leash

This watering can is designed for people who want to teach their dog to walk properly on a leash. The goal is to help owners avoid the discomfort associated with pulling the leash, picking up trash on the streets, and other similar problems during walks.

The funnel looks like this:

  1. Advertising: The user sees an ad with the benefits of the webinar and registers.
  2. Registration: On the landing page, the user leaves a contact to participate.
  3. Chatbot: Reminds the user about the webinar, attracts interest, answers questions.
  4. Webinar: Training part + selling part where the course is offered.
  5. Chatbot push: Chatbot reminds about the course, offers bonuses and answers objections.

Analysis of the tear and recommendations before the start of work

When we started working with the client, we analyzed the churn and overall looked at what it looked like in terms of steps for the market average, but the client had a very low conversion rate from the webinar to a purchase and application. When we started talking with the client, it turned out that he had no sales department at all. Maximum was a manager who could communicate with customers if they wrote to him.

One of the prerequisites we agreed upon during the collaboration phase was that the client hire a sales manager to call the customers who participated in the webinar. Thus, the client’s return rate will probably improve.

Features of creative creation

After an in-depth analysis of competitors in various language groups, we came to the conclusion that the speaker and a small furry friend, i.e. a dog, must be present in the frame. Promotional videos that show certain life hacks and tools work best, and you can’t even tell that it’s an ad.

The peculiarity of such a construction is that we must first attract the attention of dog owners, show them our expertise, and only then offer a product. This is a niche feature.

The second feature of the niche is the need to have a large number of creatives, which can burn out quite quickly. Therefore, we wrote to the client many different creative ideas for shooting videos. The client shot various advertising creatives, which we tested in advertising. Those videos that showed the best results, we additionally re-edited, adding more dynamics to them, thereby giving them a second life.

The peculiarity of this niche is that it is necessary to completely update creatives at least once a month so that advertising gives a good return.
