Preparing and launching advertising campaigns
We started with in-depth research of competitors and analysis of their advertising campaigns. This stage allowed us to identify the most successful strategies, identify market trends, and develop unique offers that set our client apart from the rest.
Choosing a strategy
To maximize the effectiveness of the advertising campaign, we chose two strategies: marathon and webinar funnels. However, for this case, the webinar funnel proved to be sufficient to achieve the goals.
The marathon funnel included consistent audience engagement through a series of training materials in a mini-course format, which gradually increased their interest and readiness to buy.
The webinar funnel included webinars that not only attracted and retained the audience, but also generated significant interest and attracted a large number of people willing to participate.
Optimization of advertisements
Based on the collected data, we created effective ads with clear and attractive messages. Continuous optimization included A/B testing of different variants of creatives, texts, and audiences, which allowed us to find the best combinations to achieve high conversion rates.
Monitoring of the advertising budget
Thanks to our monitoring system, we ensured efficient use of the budget by focusing on the most promising audience segments.
Analysis of the results
The first launch of the webinar showed very good results (in the median). However, we observed a decrease in effectiveness and an increase in the cost of the results after the simultaneous launch of the webinar and a sharp increase in the budget on the same day. This led to unsatisfactory results for both the webinar and the marathon. Therefore, it was decided to turn off the marathon so as not to burn the audience and try to reduce the cost of the lead.
Testing new hypotheses
We constantly experimented with new hypotheses to find even more effective strategies. We launched a new webinar ad with the initial settings, but excluding those users who had already seen our ad and interacted with it. This was done to reduce the frequency rate and increase the reach of our ads.
Reporting of results
Provided the client with detailed reports that included an analysis of effectiveness, results achieved, and recommendations for further steps.
Our work on the project included several key stages that ensured the successful acquisition of leads for the 3D Fashion Modeling course.
