- Forecast of results from views to conversions
- Detailed report in table format

- The term of execution: 4-5 business days
Bulk purchase of advertising from bloggers
This service allows you to save time and effort, as we take care of the full organization of the process – from negotiations with bloggers to controlling placement.
- What is included:
- Negotiating and agreeing on the terms of the placement
- Preparation of scenarios for integration
- Control of the advertising campaign
- Content coordination and approval
- Reporting with results
- Cost: we work on a commission model – 15-20% of the blogger’s advertising budget
Why do we work for a percentage?
Working with bloggers is a process that can take some time. Bloggers often do not respond immediately, and it can take several weeks to discuss terms and conditions. To prevent clients from facing a situation when they paid for a service and have to wait for results for more than a month, we have implemented a model of work for a percentage of the advertising budget. This means that you pay only for the actual result when the ad is already launched. This approach protects you from unforeseen delays and ensures that your funds are used as efficiently as possible.
Why is it important to work with bloggers?
Collaboration with bloggers allows you to accurately reach your target audience because of the existing trusting relationship between the blogger and his or her followers, which increases the effectiveness of advertising. However, there are also disadvantages, such as difficulty in predicting the result and possible delays in advertising placement.
General scheme of working with bloggers
This is a working scheme that we use in our projects, so we not only know it’s good, but we also see amazing results.
Thanks to this approach, our clients get high views, new subscribers, and a significant increase in sales. For example, you can read the case studies where these strategies have worked by following the links below: Case 1 and Case 2.
- Determine the purpose of the post: traffic acquisition or channel promotion.
- Find bloggers with a relevant audience.
- Manually evaluate the channels: frequency of posts, average views on the last 20 videos, likes, comments, quality of interaction.
- Add bloggers to the table with all the data.
- Evaluate channels through SocialBlade: analyze audience growth or decline.
- Choose channels with the best statistics and target audience.
- Write to bloggers: introduce yourself, ask for terms of cooperation, advertising formats, and cost.
- Get a response, analyze the offers.
- Conduct additional verification through test advertising.
- Agree on the final format, create a script and terms of reference.
- Pay for placement, give a UTM tag, shorten the link.
- Ask the blogger to send the video for approval.
- Remind them to post it the day before publication.
- Check all the details on the day of the video release.
- Track performance after 48 hours, 5 and 14 days.
Formats of advertising on YouTube for bloggers
- Embassy – when a blogger regularly becomes the face of your brand.
- Promotional review, special project, exclusive – a video fully dedicated to your product or service.
- Advertising in video – pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll – different options for placing ads at the beginning, middle, or end of a video.
- Collaboration – the exchange of audience through co-creation of content with a blogger.
- Native integration – your product organically fits into the blogger’s content.
- Advertising in the community – publication in the Community tab on the channel.
- Add to a recommended channel – your channel appears in the blogger’s list of recommended channels.
- Playlists, screensavers, tooltips – your videos are integrated into the blogger’s playlists and screensavers.
- Ads in YouTube Stories – short advertising inserts in the story format.
- Like from the author – a blogger likes your video, which increases its visibility.
In our experience, the most effective formats are the preroll and the collaboration. Prerolls instantly attract attention, and collaborations allow you to engage the blogger’s audience more deeply. Therefore, we always recommend that our clients rely on these formats to achieve maximum results.
Blogger database
We conducted a detailed analysis and formed a database of YouTube bloggers focused on travel.

Channel name and links
We collected data on 18 bloggers, including their names and direct links to their channels, so that the client could quickly navigate to the content. This helped not only to get acquainted with the quality of the video, but also to determine how suitable the channel is for the tasks of the advertising campaign.
Number of subscribers and views
The analysis began with determining the number of subscribers, which gives a general idea of the channel’s popularity. In addition, we collected data on the average number of views per video, calculated based on the last 20 videos of each channel. This allowed us to understand how many real viewers interact with the content. This approach also allowed us to avoid channels with fake subscribers and views.
Engagement rate
This is a key indicator that reflects the level of interaction between subscribers and content. We calculated this coefficient as the ratio of the number of views to the number of subscribers. On average, for high-quality channels, this indicator should be at the level of 10-20%. The higher the coefficient, the more active and engaged the audience is, which increases the chances of a successful advertising campaign. Many of the analyzed channels had a high level of activity, which indicates a “live” audience.
Sub-niches
We analyzed not only the general travel niche, but also specific sub-niches that are extremely important for accurate targeting. For example, among the sub-niches we identified travel, hiking, mountaineering, cycling, and budget travel. Some bloggers are fully focused on travel, while others only release related videos occasionally, so the precise lift helped separate the main and additional destinations to ensure the most relevant audience.
Contacts and social media

For effective communication, we collected not only email addresses but also bloggers’ active social media accounts. This allowed us to contact them to discuss the terms of cooperation and agree on the details of advertising integrations. The collected contacts allowed us to start negotiations with minimal delays.
Activity on the channel
It was important for us to make sure that the channel was actively maintained and that the blogger was regularly releasing new content. With the help of SocialBlade, we tracked the growth or decline of activity on the channel to avoid working with inactive bloggers. Channels with positive growth dynamics were considered a priority, as this indicated a constant influx of new audience.
Monetization
We also analyzed the estimated monthly income of bloggers, which allowed us to understand the level of monetization of the channel and determine the potential cost of advertising placement. This helped the client decide on the budget to work with. Channels with higher revenues usually offer better quality content and have more opportunities to run large-scale advertising campaigns.
Additionally, since the client was from Ukraine, we took into account an important political aspect – all Russian-language channels must express their position against the war. This helped to avoid working with bloggers who did not have a clear civic position, which could have negatively affected the client’s reputation.
Cooperation
Some did not think twice and decided to cooperate with the Ukrainian Club, the largest investment club in Ukraine.

This channel has a very relevant audience, perfect for our purpose. We got in touch with the club’s team and proposed a collaboration format.
Collaboration is a format of cooperation when several bloggers or brands come together to create joint video content. It is one of the most effective ways to increase the number of subscribers, channel views, and brand awareness.
There are several options for collaborations:
- Collaborative video: bloggers create content together that is published on one or more channels. Example: https://youtu.be/lvDaA3nQmPU
- Challenge: Collaboration involves organizing a raffle or challenge that attracts new viewers. Example: https://youtu.be/2-6hDgeT3KQ
- Challenges: Bloggers participate in a survey related to a product or topic of interest to their audience. Example: https://youtu.be/YKzh8t1vn3U
- In-video mention or ad integration: the blogger inserts an ad or brief mention in their video content. Example: https://youtu.be/OOc2uPMDNL8?t=72
The most effective option is to create a joint video published on both the blogger’s channel and your channel. This format allows for mutual audience sharing, which increases engagement and reach. For best results, it is recommended to repeat this format several times.
Collaborations can also be realized through joint interviews, where the blogger participates in the processes taking place in your company or in your production. This creates a deeper appeal and demonstrates the product in action.
Thanks to a successful collaboration, from 5 to 30% of viewers can go to your channel or website and share articles with your subscribers or customers.
The main idea was to create a specific collaboration in which the authors of the UKRINVEST Club channel fly to Bali to conduct real filming on location. This format allowed us to demonstrate the benefits of investment real estate in Bali as naturally as possible.
For this video, the main goal was not to increase the number of subscribers to the channel, but to attract external traffic so that viewers would go to the client’s website and make purchases.
UKRINVEST CLUB took care of the entire production organization: creating video content, editing it and publishing it on their channel. In addition, they also promoted the video, which significantly increased the reach and attractiveness of the target audience.
The second placement was made in the format of an advertising integration (Perl) on another channel.
A preroll is a short promotional video lasting 20–30 seconds that is shown before, during (midroll) or after the main video content on YouTube or other platforms. It’s a great way to get your message across to a large audience.
How to implement a preroll?
- Tell about another blogger in your video, insert a cut of highlights from their videos, or follow the link to their channel. Your partner should do the same about you. This format of mutual exchange will help draw the attention of each of your subscribers to new channels.
- Choose a suitable reason to mention, describe the channel’s strengths, what you can learn or study from its content. Leave a link to the blogger in the description below the video and in the end screensavers for integration.
How to create an effective preview?
- First 5 seconds: use a catchy phrase or provocative question to get the viewer interested.
- Next 10–15 seconds: Describe your product or service, tell how it solves your audience’s problem.
- Last 5–10 seconds: Add a call to action, for example, to go to a website, subscribe to a channel, or take part in a drawing.
Formula for creating a preroll
Formula #1:
- Say it (first 5 seconds)
- Explain it (20 seconds)
- Repeat it (last 5 seconds)
Formula #2:
- First 5 seconds: catchy phrases, questions for the target audience
- Next 5 seconds: introduction, slogan, brand name
- 15 seconds: how the product solves the problem
- Last 5 seconds: call to action and product demo
Formula #3:
- Offer to skip an ad for something that interests you.
- Imagine the product.
- Description of the problem that the product solves.
- The results of using the product.
- An appeal to follow the link or subscribe to the channel.
How to promote a video with a preroll?
- Announce the joint project on your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Telegram pages.
- Involve your followers in the process of creating the video, posting photos and teasers.
- A few hours before the release, alert your audience to the video’s release.
